My Story
My experience with colour and design has come from many years working within the Gift and Home wares and Florist Industries.
After studying Interior Design and Combining all my knowledge gained in previous businesses, Theresa Johnston Interiors was born.
My real passion besides design, is wanting to help you get the most from your home. There is nothing more rewarding than helping a family create a home that is highly personal and reflective of their lifestyle and interests.

After our initial consultation you may choose to go it alone for the rest of your project or you might decide to engage my services for further work.

Design Consultancy
I always start with a design consultancy. I listen closely to your design ideas and then suggest strategies to help you move forward in your project. This is your time where you get to ask me anything design related that you like.

Space Planning
This may include drawing up a 2D floor plan of one room or your whole home or simply helping you rework your existing floor plan. I will help you design a floor plan that will provide function and flow utilising every cm of space. The use of clever space saving ideas and storage solutions will allow your home to really work hard for you and your family. The amount of hours for space planning varies from project to project.

Furniture Sourcing
Let me help you source items for your home. With a huge range of suppliers on hand I am able to source anything from furniture, mirrors, artwork, and decorative items. I can also help with getting custom furniture made or a special piece restored or repurposed. The amount of hours required will vary for each project.

Colour Consultancy
After a quick refresh on your interior/Exterior home. I can help you make the right colour choices quickly and effortlessly enabling you to move your project ahead with confidence and clarity.
